Nutrition Coaching

 

At FYP we want your hard work in the gym to pay off. You can work out all you want, but if you don’t provide your body with the proper fuel, you likely won’t reach your fitness goals. Whether your goal is to decrease body fat, build muscle, or gain strength, proper nutrition is the key to your success.

Nutrition Packages - Prices vary based on individual needs

For Groups:
Small Group Lecture: Do you want to lose body fat, sleep better, increase your energy level, and/or decrease your aches and pains? Attend one of our nutrition lectures where a coach will present the fundamentals of how a proper diet can change your life.

Private group session: Let FYP help kick off a weight loss contest at your workplace or provide your family and friends with the knowledge of what it means to eat clean. The advantage of this program is that you have a built-in support system outside of the gym.

For Individuals:
Food Log Review: Do you already know how to properly fuel your body but like the accountability of someone else looking at your food journal? Or perhaps you have a hit a plateau and aren’t sure why? Log your food and submit it to one of our coaches each week for feedback. If you’re honestly eating great, we’ll look at other areas of your life that could be holding you back.

Private Nutrition Coaching: Work with a coach to understand exactly what you need to eat. There are a variety of ways to approach this, often using a food log or a way to track your diet. Plans can be created to help accomodate your busy life.
